Todd is an experienced mortgage industry professional with expertise in mortgage service sales and operations including real estate valuations, title, and credit. Throughout his career he has built close business relationships with all types of financial services organizations.
Prior to joining CrossCheck, Todd was Vice President, National Sales, for Settlement One where he was the top new revenue producer for valuations. His prior experience includes sales and operational roles at various other real estate service companies. At Xome/Mr. Cooper he was Principal Sales Executive, where he won origination valuation top revenue producer in 2019 and 2020. At Altisource he performed in roles of Enterprise Sales Director and Director of Originations Operations.
He is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser with over 20 years of experience. Todd has also been involved in industry associations including the Collateral Risk Network where he served on the AMC and Best Practices Committees.
